For women who are ready to understand themselves — not just cope.

Individual Therapy

You've probably gotten good at managing. Keeping it together. Knowing, intellectually, that you're “fine.” But there's something underneath that doesn't quite settle — a low hum of anxiety, a feeling of being disconnected from yourself, a sense that everything is a lot even when it shouldn't be.

That's exactly what we work with here.

In individual therapy, we slow down enough to actually understand what's happening in your inner world — not just put tools on top of it. We look at patterns, not just symptoms. We pay attention to what's happening in your body, not just your thoughts. We get curious about the why behind the hard things, because that's where things actually start to shift.

This might be the right fit if you're:

  • Navigating a major life transition — a new role, a relationship shift, early motherhood, a loss of identity you didn't see coming
  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stretched thin without a clear reason
  • Disconnected from yourself — unsure who you are right now, or what you actually want
  • Stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overextending, or difficulty expressing your needs
  • Tired of pushing through, and ready for something to actually feel different

What to expect:

Sessions are 50 minutes. We move at your pace — there's no agenda you need to arrive with, and nothing you need to have figured out before we start. Our work is relational, meaning the relationship between us matters as much as any technique or approach. You'll be heard, not just assessed.

Groups & Workshops

Coming soon.

There's something that happens when a group of women sit in the same room — or the same virtual space — and realize they've all been carrying something similar in silence. The shame loosens. The isolation lifts. Things start to make sense in a different way.

Group offerings at River Rock Therapy are designed to go deeper than surface-level support. They're a space to understand yourself, in community with others doing the same.

Topics and formats vary — from structured workshops to ongoing process groups.
